I have seen it and so hope that their investigations find out where it originated from. :( . I noted that they have admitted that they are partly to blame for the transfer of the the disease, as their staff used the same nets in all the tanks at the auction :( . It takes a lot of courage to stand up and admit that they should have been more careful.

One has to admire these people for not trying tos weep it under the carpet and for taking the blame where it is due. If more folks did that it would be a better world.

Got to agree with you there Jackie, we all make mistakes in our life time after all we are only human. :( In order to correct a mistake you have to admit to making it in the first place, not only to yourself, but to those that may have been affected by it. I hate the attitude that some people have of looking for some-one else to blame for the problem, when they know that it was their fault.:-x .

Merlin I have never understood the person who can not admit to a mistake. Is it insecurity that makes them that way or just inner blindness to who they are? How can one grow as a person without the knowledge of where one went wrong?

Jackie there are those in this world that have eye's yet they never see, they have ear's yet they never listen, and mouth's that only open to say what they want. And there are those that are thankful for every breath that they take, every day is something to look forward to. We all suffer the ups and downs that life throws at us, but as long as we are true to ourselves we will muddle on .
In order to put this thread back on topic, I will say that the new Japanese race have understood the mistakes of the past, there now is a culture that accepts that they too can make mistakes, but now they are ready to admit to their failures, and will strive to put things right.

Well perhaps there is hope for the world if one culture can learn from its mistakes and now teach us to do the same.

This is sad, but it does my heart & mind good to see Momotaru is honorable and setting a good standard and example.
I wish them a speedy recovery!

How do you think this will factor in to the export of fish this fall?
Does the ministry test all facilities or only ones that ask for it?

After reading more on some of the boards and the rumors...just wondering...
My water never gets about 65...I would never know if any of my fish were infected unless the temps got up in the 70's??

Pretty much Busy, unless you Qt'd them and did a cool/warm/cool protocal.
I wouldn't read much into the "rumours", Bito will be the place to get to the heart of what is happening and to tell it like it is.

New update on Bito...fish bought for parent stock and sounds like mixed in and not QT. Even the masters have their bad days.
