Good morning all, last night I found a problem with my Kohaku and think I have come up with a name for it possibly Sucker. How do I go about treating this problem? Allen http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v698/ozzyrockman/DSCF0058.jpg

Prime rib or t-bone? I was wondering if it has some insecurity issues. Allen

OzzyRockMan,

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but the kohaku is incurable. The only option you have is to send it to me. PM for my address!!!!

Ron, how long do you think the treatment will take and will you supply its food? Allen

Of Course I would supply the food... I think the cure would take about 35 years. Then the koi would be so accustomed to my pond that I don't think you would really want to take it back.

Two questions Ozzyrockman, what is it that you are feeding them, and what is the blue ring thing .

Merlin, it's fresh human flesh  . I feed a combination of Dainichi medium premium pellets and all season small pellets for the goldies because the water temps are at 64f. The blue ring is to train them to come to one area of the pond for food so they don't have to hunt the pond in search for food. I also feel that by feeding them in one area I can hopefully lower the chance of predators tricking them to come up in another area of the pond and becoming food themselves. Allen
