If I lived close, I think I'd be there a lot in the winter for my "Green Fix". Like I said I better get working on my passports.

Remember your passports takes minimum two weeks to get you pay extra if you want it faster, but I don't know if that applies in the USA.
Jackie Ramo
03-23-2009, 03:28 PM
Philly you must have connections, 2 weeks is usually the fast route

Jackie that's the norm we sent ours in before we went on our cruise and they were mailed back to mus in ten days, could have been they were not as busy at that time, guess we were lucky.

My sister renewed her passport this year and was guaranteed a 10 business day delivery... 10 days it was.
Jackie Ramo
03-23-2009, 07:25 PM
These are renewals???? faster than getting ones in spite of them saying they are not. We did ours on the internet and it took 3 weeks last year
marla
03-23-2009, 10:11 PM
gee goes faster there, everyone tells me 4-6 weeks but more like 4. DH told me we should go ahead and get them....I just have to get myself in gear and get at it.
philly

Well get going my dear you never know when you will need it maybe sooner than you think.

Next time you renew, Jackie, go to your local office (you would be surprised how close one is) and renew or apply in person....much, much faster!!
KD
xox
Jackie Ramo
03-24-2009, 08:13 AM
No, if you apply on the internet you don't have to line up. The local office is not close and is extremely busy. You apply on line and then go to the office and tell them you applied on line, you may get a number via email, they bump you ahead of everyone. Our longest wait was for them to clear John Smith in the computer..... :HAHA:
Same if you have to renew your health card, make an appointment, no line up.

philly

Me too and I hate walking far from my parking spot also so going shopping during the weekends is out of the question during the week is best no line up what so ever.
