I netted the Black Longfin that had been suffering from some fungus on its tail. WHile I was at it, I spotted an ulcer on my Tancho Kohaku and netted that as well.

I took them both to a local dealer for treatment, he says I should expect to leave them with him 7-10 days(!) before they can come back home. He started them off immediately in an anti-bacterial bath, and told me he would be taking scrapes after the shop closed.

So...

It's time to be Zen.

I didn't know we had a local dealer who offered these services. Nice to know.

Sorry the fish weren't doing well after your good care of them all winter.

Well, before I start my lamentations, I will first be thankful that ten out of ten survived, including two very small Oguns. Yay for the green house!

Good to know you caught the fish :) ... and that they are being looked after for treatment.

Wow, how nice to be able to have some one to care for them. Hope all goes well and they are back home soon.
