Now if you're into Koi this is a mag you want to subscribe to! Published in Japan it's focus is on Japanese koi and breeders. Our subscribtion started off with Issue #5, after #6 arrived we decided we like the mag so much we ordered the back issues #1-4. The articles are terrific and I've read the same few two to three times learning something new with each read. I enjoy the round table discussions with the breeders, it's quite informal yet informative as they chat about breeding, the industry, shows, and what the future may hold for the koi keeping hobby and business. Issue #8 was great, an asagi fans delight!

Our subscription came with Nishikigoi Philosophies - "The Breeders - Momotaro" , a DVD. We really enjoyed the "behind the scenes" take at Momotaro's.

This magazine has great content, great photography, and very little advertizing... it scores top billing in my book ;)
